Information and Communication Technology
Our aim is on access to learning and to equip your child with knowledge and understanding that will help them to be a responsible digital citizen. Your child will also be encouraged to develop their computational thinking skills, through the use of programs specifically aimed at enhancing their learning of technology.
The use of iPads on a one-to-one ratio opens up a variety of learning opportunities allowing your child to be working at their own pace on their own iPad. Students also have access to a Makerspace where they are given opportunities to build, discover and create. Students wanting to be challenged further are provided with an opportunity to be part of a First Lego League team which competes at a state competition for a place in the national competition.
