Enrolment

All children are welcomed at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School regardless of their religious background. We take great care to ensure that your child’s introduction to the classroom is as smooth as possible. Our teaching staff will meet with you to explain how each classroom operates. Further into the year we will follow up with you to set your child’s individual goals for the year.

We welcome families to join our School community and apply for Kindergarten enrolments for 2020. Enrolments for our current kindergarten class and all other grades will be accepted throughout the year.

Families are invited to contact the School for an enrolment package or download it here. Once completed please return your application to the School. Your application will then be processed and a member of our staff will be in touch to discuss it with you.

If you have any queries throughout the enrolment process, please contact the School and a member of staff will be happy to guide you.

School Fees

Our school fees are set annually. School fees and levies are necessary to supplement State and Commonwealth grants, provide sufficient funds to operate the school, and provide support for the educational environment and structure of the school.

A current schedule of fees is available here.

Financial Assistance

There may be some families who don’t enrol their children in Catholic schools because of concerns about the level of fees and levies charged.

Catholic schools are accessible to all families willing to support the Catholic ethos regardless of their personal, financial and pastoral circumstances. No child will be denied a place in a Catholic school because of financial hardship.

Families who are interested in Catholic education and feel they could benefit from financial support are encouraged to contact the School. All enquiries are managed sensitively and within privacy guidelines.

Uniform

All uniform items are available from the school office as needed. Prices are kept as low as possible and purchases can be made in person or by submitting an Uniform Order Form  to the office.
